DAN EUROPE – FIPSAS Course
First aid training for workplaces and the community, water safety, and diving first response.

Basic Life Support & Defibrillation
The DAN Basic Life Support & Defibrillation – BLS(D) course provides training in how to assist an adult victim of Sudden Cardiac Arrest or life-threatening situations, integrating BLS maneuvers with the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Paediatric Basic Life Support and Defibrillation
The DAN Paediatric Basic Life Support & Defibrillation PBLS(D) course is an integration of the Adult DAN BLS(D) course. This program allows participants to learn the skills necessary to manage pediatric Cardiac Arrest with the aid of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) in children over one year of age.

First Aid
The DAN First Aid course is designed for students who already hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and wish to learn first aid techniques for victims of injuries or illnesses that do not directly threaten the casualty’s survival.

Oxygen First Aid for Diving Emergencies
The DAN Oxygen First Aid for Diving Emergencies course is designed to teach divers and non-divers (such as a diving boat captain) how to recognize signs and symptoms of diving-related illnesses and provide emergency oxygen first aid for diving-related accidents.

Advanced Oxygen First Aid for Scuba Diving Injuries
The DAN Advanced Oxygen First Aid for Scuba Diving Injuries course is intended for those who have already successfully completed the DAN Oxygen First Aid for Diving Emergencies course. It is designed to train DAN Oxygen Providers to use a positive pressure ventilator (such as the MTV100) and a Bag Valve Mask (BVM).

On-Site Neurological Assessment for divers
The DAN On-Site Neurological Assessment for Divers course is an advanced training program designed for DAN Oxygen Providers who wish to learn how to perform a basic neurological assessment on a potentially injured diver.

Hazardous Marine Life Injuries
The DAN First Aid for Hazardous Marine Life Injuries course is designed to provide divers (and interested non-divers) with the tools to identify hazardous marine life, avoid potential injuries caused by them, and be prepared to provide the necessary first aid.

Oxygen First Aid for Aquatic Emergencies
The DAN Oxygen First Aid for Aquatic Emergencies course is designed to teach how to provide emergency oxygen first aid for aquatic accidents not related to scuba diving.
