SWIMMING
We offer swimming pool activities planned and structured according to each individual’s abilities and needs, with the support of a team of psychologists, psychotherapists, and qualified swimming instructors.
These pool activities aim to teach swimming with and without fins to improve not only physical fitness, in terms of posture, gait, and fine and gross motor skills, but also facilitate the development of language and social skills. They promote greater psychological well-being resulting from increased self-confidence, improved mood, and reduced anxiety.
In addition to socialization, cooperation, sharing, respect for rules, and autonomy are promoted—skills that can be generalized to other areas frequented by individuals with disabilities.
Through our service, we aim to create a network that provides support and assistance to families and individuals.
Classes are held on Wednesdays from 5:45 PM to 7:15 PM and Saturdays from 4:20 PM to 5:40 PM
